I've only taken 2 doses of these and they do tamp down my appetite but not as much as I'd like and though I didn't feel tremendously jittery or "wired" while taking these, I could definitely tell when they began to wear off because I had sort of a mild to moderate kind of "crash" feeling. Sort of like I wanted to lay down for a bit and maybe even have a nap.
I have a friend who raves about these and that's what got me to try them but while they might work well for some, the bottom line for me is that I didn't get as much appetite suppression as I hoped and even if I had, I just loathe the fatigue feeling I was getting when they began wearing off. I suppose you could counter-act that with another dose....but why? I can take NV and get better appetite suppression and no crash/tired feelings after. To each their own though. Might be worth a try and the price isn't too bad. I'll save these to take in the afternoons or something. They aren't horrible but just not as good for me as they are for my pal.
Update: I ended up taking these just as directed for 9 days straight. Unfortunately the fatigue/crash feeling just got worse for me and the small amount of appetite suppression I felt I was getting just didn't make up for the adverse effects. I ended up giving the rest of the bottle to my friend who was happy to get them. One last thing: Apparently they have discontinued NV. I will most likely be posting more diet pill reviews here in my quest to find something I like as well as I've liked NV.

I bought this as a replacement for hydroxycut. After using this product for two weeks. I feel absolutely no difference. Save your money
