I usually order the chocolate flavor and am satisfied with it. This product gives me an energy boost most of the time before I go work out. I read some reviews on how good the cookies and creme flavor was so I decided to try it. The first time I tried it I thought it was awful. I finished it, although it was tough to swallow. Instead of throwing it out and wasting my money though, the next time I decided to mix it with the chocolate flavor and lo and behold it was bearable then. So now I mix it. But the cookies and creme flavor on it's own? Nasty. Just my opinion. (Apparently there are people out there who think it's good...)

This tastes pretty good and was easy to mix - I had to shake it pretty hard and fast though to break it all up so I didn't eat chunks. But it kept me satisfied and gave me energy. I usually drank a shake as a midmorning snack so I didn't cave in to the junk food. I'll order more!

I have been using Lean 1 for about a month now. Cookies N Cream is the best flavor. I've lost a little more than 10 lbs. within the month; I usually use this as a meal replacement for breakfast and dinner, then have a moderately sized (healthy) lunch. It tastes amazing and combined with a regular exercise program, you WILL lose weight. It just rocks!

I've been taking Lean1 for 2 months now. I usually have it for breakfast in the morning, and then sometimes for dinner at night, or maybe for lunch on the weekends. It's a great product. The Cookies N Creme is the best flavor I've had. I add some ice to it when I put it in my small blender, and makes it more of a shake and that makes it a lot better for me.
I've dropped almost 20 pounds in the past 8 weeks while taking this, cutting out calories and exercising, so I would say this definitely is a great product.

I ordered Lean 1 in Cookies N Cream. The flavor is delicious, however, it does not control appetitie as it claims it does. I dont see how someone can use this as a meal replacement.I am starving after taking the shake & it makes me go to the bathroom. Plus its a 2lb tub & only half full when u open it.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT !!!
