Unlike the first reviewer, I take this product and it completely suppresses my appetite WITHOUT JITTERS! No headaches or crashing either! The directions say to take 2-4 per day with a glass of water. I take 2 in the morning on an empty stomach, then eat a yogurt or piece of fruit, and then I take another 2 before lunch. I have no desire to eat, but make myself eat something to keep my metabolism from slowing down. I would recommend this product without hesitation, and have already done so to friends. When I purchased these through Amazon the order was fulfilled by ShopWars. The order was delivered with lightning speed! Highly recommend them also.

This product did not suppress my appetite at all. I noticed no difference whatsoever. It did not make me feel full, as it claims. I took this product for over a week, with no results. I started taking one pill twice a day and increased to two pills twice a day. Nothing! Save your money and look elsewhere if you are looking for an appetite suppressant that really works.
