I have been taking this now for 2 weeks, followed by an already established healthy diet and exercise program and I haven't seen any weight loss or decrease in appetite with adding this product. I had already lost 7 pounds with diet and exercise and just wanted to shed another 5-7 before my brother's wedding. I was told that this product may help, but I saw no decrease in my appetite or extra energy. I have even tried the energy drink and I didn't feel any bit more energized. To be fair I have a sensitive stomach and I had no reaction to this product like others have. I also had no jitters or insomnia because I already have a high caffeine intolerance. I don't drink soda, eat anything high in fat, and almost everything I eat is natural or organic. I read all my labels count calories and exercise 6 days a week. I wasn't looking for a huge weight loss just something to give me more energy and decrease my appetite. I just think this product didn't work for me. I am going to try the extreme version and see if that helps.

This product has been very helpful shedding unwanted pounds after the holidays or before bikini season by curbing my appetite. That being said the side effects took some getting used to and on its own it is highly ineffective, you do NOT need to use another drug unless you want to, but what you do need to do is CUT CALORIES and EXERCISE.
The one thing I was not a fan of was as a college student I start my day later and end it later so if I took it at like five thirty pm I would have a hard time getting to sleep at a reasonable time.

I switched to this after using Hydroxycut for 3 months and I am very unhappy. I immediatley noticed a large increase in appetite on the first day. After a few days I started to slow down energywise. I noticed myself wanting to take naps mid day again. To make it worse, the package was labled 60 capsules and it only had 52. It's also pretty bad for the enviornment because the large bottle the capsules were in was about 5 times larger than nessecary. I wouldn't reccomend this and was perfectly happy with Hydroxycut and only purchased this product because the store was out of it.

I purchased Slim Quick hoping to get a little extra help with my weight loss goals. Before I started taking it I was already following a 1200 calorie diet (pretty much the same as recommended in the booklet which comes with the bottle) and exercising about 4-5 times a week with an hour long spin class, hour long yoga or 35-40min of running. I was loosing weight but it was s.l.o.w. because I am pretty near my target weight. I thought slimquick might help me reach my goal more quickly.

I started out with the recommended dosage and began to "up" it the next week as recommended but felt too jittery when I did this. I decided instead to stay with the low dose and see what happened. I didn't notice any speeding up of my weight loss, I also actually felt hungrier while I was taking them instead of the appetite suppression that was advertised. I appreciated the energy burst I got after taking it in the morning but to me it was not worth the price and I wouldn't recommend it.

I honestly believe the best way to lose weight is to keep a food journal (I use [...]) and to exercise regularly. Not easy, but it works!
