I can't explain it but it works. I changed my eating habits and within two weeks I can tell a big difference. Not sure how it works but it does. I'm headed back to the store for more.

The reviews make this sound like some kind of miracle cure. Here's what you'll get - a caffeine boost. That's about it. Buy some coffee. It's tastier and cheaper.
I used it, and occasionally noticed some caffeine headaches and dry mouth. What I did not notice was additional weight loss.
Personally, the best thing I've seen on the market is straight up hoodia, in a higher dose formula. (This product contains just a trace of hoodia).

I picked this up somewhat on a whim, after reading about the effects of green tea, etc. I read the reviews after I bought it, and was pleased to see that people thought it worked. I've been taking it for a few days, and thought maybe it was working to suppress my appetite between meals, but I was honest with myself and knew it could just as easily be a placebo effect
Today was a busy morning, and I forget to take a pill. I kept going back into the kitchen to grab a bite here and there, and I thought to myself, why the heck am I so hungry? I've been doing so good, so why all of a sudden am I like this? And then I realized I hadn't taken the pill. I couldn't believe it!
I am sold on this product, and the fact that it doesn't break the bank is a nice bonus.

I actually bought this from a local big name store for $4.00. I figured it would be another waste of money, but at least it was cheap! To my surprise, this has been the best appetite suppressant that I have found. I have had no jitters or nausea. I make sure to eat shortly after taking the pill in order to avoid nausea. Although, one day I took it with just V8 and was fine. I have only taken it for two days so I'm not sure about any sort of "fat burning" claim. However, I can surely claim that it has suppressed my appetite very effectively. Good luck to all of you trying to lose weight and get healthy!!!

this item is great i lost about 1-2 pounds the two days. It acctually didn't curve my appitite i still ate the same, but my metabolism was at a higher rate and burned all the fat i consumed.i would say for this low price this product is awsome !
